Refund Policy

We understand that there may be circumstances where you are not completely satisfied with our services, and we have outlined our refund policy below to address such situations.

Non-Refundable Deposit

All projects require a non-refundable deposit to begin work. This deposit covers initial consultation, research, and preliminary design efforts. Under no circumstances is this deposit refundable.

Partial Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with the services provided, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the amount of work completed and expenses incurred. Partial refunds are at the discretion of Rathod Karshan Web Graphic and Multimedia Services and will be calculated as follows:

• Cancellation Before Project Start: If the project is canceled before any work has begun (excluding initial consultation and research), no additional fees will be charged beyond the non-refundable deposit.
• Cancellation After Project Start: If the project is canceled after work has commenced, you will be billed for the work completed up to the point of cancellation. This amount will be deducted from your deposit, and any remaining balance will be invoiced.
• Cancellation During Final Stages: If the project is canceled during the final stages or after completion, you will be responsible for the full project cost as outlined in the contract.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us as soon as possible via our email or call us. All refund requests must be submitted in writing for our records.

Changes to Project Scope

If you need to make changes to the project scope, timeline, or deliverables, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to adjust the project plan and provide a revised quote if necessary. Significant changes to the project scope may be treated as a new project and could incur additional costs.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding the refund or billing, we will make every effort to resolve the issue amicably. Please contact us to discuss any concerns you may have.
